Hi there! I'm a proud wife, mom, and grandma, and I often find myself covered in flour—it's just part of the fun! What began as a simple love for homemade bread has blossomed into something so much more. It’s become my little escape, a chance to create something delicious with my hands, and a wonderful way to gather family and friends around the table again. Every loaf I make is crafted with care, using good ingredients and a sprinkle of patience, all in small, loving batches. To me, sourdough isn’t about chasing after perfection; instead, it’s all about creating warmth and comfort—food that invites you to hang out in the kitchen a bit longer.
You’ll often catch me playing around with exciting flavors, giving my starter Etta Lou a little extra love, or convincing myself I really need to whip up “just one more loaf” today.
